Pro will be offered as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription, with the same features. Planned US pricing: $5.99 lifetime or $0.99/month. Availability and the localized price will be shown in the App Store before purchase.
iOS controls background runtime. Lock-screen continuation and automatic backups cannot guarantee an exact start time or uninterrupted execution. Result notifications require permission; if iOS ends the app, an immediate failure notification may not be possible.
Current scope: Hidden and shared albums, edited photos/videos, and RAW + JPEG pairs are not backed up. Free Live Photos are clearly marked as still-only; upgrading to Pro adds their paired videos. Pixel Backup never deletes photos from your library or destination.
